It fits perfectly in my chair. There are 2 heat settings and many combinations of massage, It comes with a piece you can attach so it is belted around you. I have not used it because it fits so perfectly in my chair.The remote is easy to use.I am considering purchasing a second one so i can have one at work and one at home, so i do not have to carry it back and forth. It helps tremendously with my back.Overall this was a great investment and i am very pleased with it.”
