“Others have had much better luck with this item than I did. I found the wrap to be uncomfortable and the massage feature laughable and the heating function too short lived.I returned the item after having it for about one week. That too was apparently a mistake since they acknowledged receipt of my returned product on 12/15/22 and I still have not received my refund. So not only did I find this product to not be worth purchasing, I've found the seller to be less than honorable to deal with as well.”

“I love this product except for the fact it is too big for small females: My husband has a 34†waist and it fits him perfectly. It does have a lovely heat / massage features. I mostly wear it to keep warm. It is too large to use as an actual back support brace. The product is well made and the battery lasts for hours.”

“An excellent product for people with chronic back/hip issues. It gives good heat, vibration, and support in a comfortable, easy-to-manage belt. The rechargeable battery lasts for more than 4 hours at a time, depending on if you just use heat, or both heat and vibration. I have had back issues for years, and now I can still function when my back or hips are acting up! Everything is expensive these days, but I thought the price of this belt was in line with similar belts, and well worth it for the comfort I get.”
“Bought for supplementing a Tens unit for multiple back issues. Used weekly, or a tad more, maybe 70 times in a year. Had it about 16 months and the heat does not work anymore. The lights turn on but no heat produced. Massage still works though, hence the 3 stars for 16 months (100 uses tops). Enjoyed the heat but do not use for more than an hour, will leave marks on you if you fall asleep wearing it. I feel like the battery lasts about an hour with massage on but 6ish hours if just using heat. I plug it in if using the massage function of it. All in all, not a bad belt just with things we're built to last more than a year or 2.”
