I love it, the massager goes really deep. The hot setting gets hot but not too hot.

Gets very toasty and the materials used is very good quality but gave it a 4 because it should Velcro fasten in the front, too hard to wrap it tight behind the back and if you wrap it in the front, not only is that backwards but then you can't reach the buttons. Battery life is great The small I got is still pretty large in size

Heat and vibration together are very soothing. Bought for wife for her tight back and she loves it. Perfect end to her work day! Great product!

I pulled my back out and could barely walk. This helped tremendously! The battery lasts a long time on a full charge (about 4 hours maybe). Its noce to not be tied to a cord with a regular heating pad.

The heat and vibration together isn't worth it you don't really feel the heat. The head itself is not as good as I thought. I got this to wear basically for the heat due to a back injury. It has not gotten to my expectations yet. 1 month in and I'm still eh with it.

I've got a longstanding issue with my lower back that no doctor seems to know or pinpoint. It's definitely related to my cycle so throughout the month, the pain gets worse and then it gets better. It's a fun little roller coaster that I would dearly like to get off. No meds seem to work, injections didn't work, TENS unit didn't work, icy hot and related creams don't really work, physical therapy didn't work, a massage felt great but the pain came back almost immediately. The only thing that works for me right now (still searching the medication route) is heat. Sometimes I'll take a bath or let the shower beat my back for a while. That helps. So this? This helps. A LOT.The battery itself only lasts about four hours, probably less if you use the massage setting (I rarely use it). Typically, I put it on heat and... man let me tell you. It made the chronic pain bearable. I was getting to the point where I was going to start calling in sick to work because just moving is difficult, sitting hurts, standing hurts, stretching feels good but the instant I stop stretching, the pain comes back. It's difficult to work like that. But when the pain gets back, I strap this baby on and hoo boy. Existence is bearable again. It's not a brace though, so if you need a brace, this is not that. It does not really offer support. The main use for this is massage and heat. And if you want to use it all day at work, maybe get an extra battery? Charge one while using the other and swap them out then one dies.I've had mine for a few months now and it still works great. I wear it over my clothes as I'm pretty sure it would be too hot if I used it directly on my skin and I have a high tolerance, so if you want some dang good heat, this is your guy. Gal. Thing. It's hot is my point.Anyway, absolutely love it. Life saver. Would buy again. Would recommend. Bring it with me to work every day just in case. Worth every penny.
