“The high heat setting can get very hot if you wear it without a shirt. Overall, this has helped my pack pain. I wear it while I'm on the driving range, just before starting my round of golf.”
“The company sent me a new belt after I was able to contact them, so I am amending my review.I used this product for lower back and leg pain relief. It worked very well for about 4 months, then the massage motor began making noises as if something was loose. Now, after 6 mos., it cuts off completely. I even ordered an extra battery so that I could keep one charged at all times. I'm very disappointed that I cannot get a free replacement belt, as it was costly (as was the extra battery).”
“I suffer lower back pain and often like a heating pad in places that a conventional pad are inconvenient or unwieldy, for example: in bed where a cord gets tangled around your neck and you have to lay in one spot to have heat, driving without heated seats and a power inverter will not support a 120v heat pad, camping, I even take this hunting to provide a little extra warmth. Battery seems sufficient, very slim not bulky, works great”
“kind of too pricey for the product. me personally, i would enjoy a hotter heat option and stronger vibration… i dont like how the vibration setting changes on its own. doesn't really help with back pain but can use as a distraction from it i guess. otherwise will be used for period cramps for now on. also not a good alt to pain meds”
“LOVE this belt. It's great for lower lumbar back issues. I ordered extra batteries and they can go for hours. The issue I have with this belt is the velcro. After a few months it just doesn't stick anymore. I'm about to order my second belt for this reason. I even ordered the extender just so it would stick and that now is not sticking months later. The design of this needs to be redone to NOT include velcro. Needs to be an actual belt w/ different holes for sizing. The life span of this belt is about 6 months. (if you use it every day like I do) Keep that in mind when you purchase. 5/18/2021 UPDATE: UGH...........just got my 2nd belt and have it on now and the heat BARELY works. Have it on the highest setting and it's hardly warm. SO FRUSTRATING. Have spent over 200 in less than 9 months on two belts and numerous extra batteries and don't have a decent one that works properly. I have a choice now, I can use the old one that the velcro doesn't stick anymore but the heat works GREAT or my new one where it sticks great (for a while) but the heat barely works. I swear, they do this on purpose so we have to buy more. I'm done...........”
