“LOVE this belt. It's great for lower lumbar back issues. I ordered extra batteries and they can go for hours. The issue I have with this belt is the velcro. After a few months it just doesn't stick anymore. I'm about to order my second belt for this reason. I even ordered the extender just so it would stick and that now is not sticking months later. The design of this needs to be redone to NOT include velcro. Needs to be an actual belt w/ different holes for sizing. The life span of this belt is about 6 months. (if you use it every day like I do) Keep that in mind when you purchase. 5/18/2021 UPDATE: UGH...........just got my 2nd belt and have it on now and the heat BARELY works. Have it on the highest setting and it's hardly warm. SO FRUSTRATING. Have spent over 200 in less than 9 months on two belts and numerous extra batteries and don't have a decent one that works properly. I have a choice now, I can use the old one that the velcro doesn't stick anymore but the heat works GREAT or my new one where it sticks great (for a while) but the heat barely works. I swear, they do this on purpose so we have to buy more. I'm done...........”

“The combination heat and vibration work very well to relieve pain. Operates for a very long time on the battery alone. You can also charge the battery while using the pad on AC. Very good product. The massage belt was extremely helpful when I had sciatica for months. I was able to use the belt extensively even off AC using the battery. After some months the charger failed to work. Helen, oferred to send me a free replacement. She was persistent in following up with me, correcting a snafu in its delivery to me. It took more than a month to get the replacement charger, but my belt is working again and my back is feeling better. Thanks, Helen, for your phenomenal service.”
“I bought this for a long car journey coming up and hope it will relieve some of the fatigue in my lower back. I will update on my success or failure. However, it has been fun experimenting around the house…ironing, chopping veggies or even just relaxing. Love that it is battery so you don't have to be feathered to an outlet. “The only cons for this is that it does not get hot enough for my liking, and the heating area is not that large. However, it works great for a portable option in cases where you need pain relief but need to move around. Wrap is long enough to fit “wider†bodies (speaking from experience).”
