“This is a terrific little heating pad. Super soft and small form factor, it fits like a snug belt around your waist and provides very nice warmth. Also as an added bonus, I really enjoy the various vibration modes. The vibration combined with the heat provides a very soothing experience for addressing lower back pain. I recently had a fusion surgery and this little belt is my go-to pain relief system. I actually forget that I'm wearing it as it is extremely comfortable with an adjustable velcro connection. I like the vibration modes so much that I use them by default with the heat. I did not expect to like the vibration; I figured it might be a gimmick but it is quite nice. It produces a lot of heat but I would have like one more level of heat. That said, it's still great. I would have also liked a longer cord on the unit, but again there are pros and cons to that. Overall, I like this belt very much and strongly recommend it for lower back pain treatment.”
