“Really helps with lower back pain. I can put it on and lay in the bed watching TV. You turn it on, select your settings and it runs for like 30 min then shuts off. Can also add heat to your back. To me, really gets my back hot so don't like using the heat that much but if you like it, you're definitely going to like this. My only complaint is that the wall socket cord is too short. I've had no problem with it because I have a wall socket close to my bed, but if you don't, may need an extension cord to reach well.”
