“The heating pad does work and I do like heat and the different massages it gives you, just be careful the heat on high gets hot real fast. I like that I can adjust it and since I am a little bigger person the extended piece that they give you helps only wish it was all together instead of separate it might stay better in place. Overall does what it says and seems to help. Was a Christmas gift from my husband who kept hearing me complain about my lower back always hurting. He finally got me something that I can use!!!”
“I pulled a muscle in my lower back to the point standing and bending was very difficult. I don't use pain relivers or muscle relaxers so heat and massage are all I have. This device has made it possible for me to get up and move when I would normally be stiff. The auto shut off after 30 minutes of use is great. I don't have to worry about over heating the unit because I forgot how long I had it on. I highly reccommend this if you have lower back issues.”
