“I've been dealing with lower back/hip pain for a while and this has been a big help. I was using a long chair heating/vibro pad but this one allows me to really target the problem area. The velcro is VERY strong. It has two heat settings. The high setting is HOT! Almost too hot. It's not going to burn you but it make you a little nervous at first. That being said, I still use the hot setting and it definitely loosens me up. The vibration settings are fine. You can adjust to different pulses, although I wish they just had a steady vibrate option. If you are looking to put heat on a body ache, look no further!”
