“I've been using the back massager/warmer 3-4 times per day for 4 days.I've had some pretty major (to me) back pain since working from home, pain I've never felt before. One morning I woke up dying fro relief and bought this on a whim. Granted I've not tried anything else, I felt almost desperate.Thank God for the extender 🙌ðŸÂ½There are several modes for vibration and 2 settings for the heat. I found the highest heat setting to be pretty unbearable after a bit of use. The settings last 30 minutes before shutting off and needing to restart.3-4 times per day I'll use the belt and I've noticed tremendous relief! I've only had the belt a few days, but have had the best results so far. Before discovering this belt my back would ache all through the night and I'd toss and turn. After using the belt consistently for 3 days, I finally slept a full night and woke up with no pain!!!!!”
“I don't write many reviews, but this product has helped me so much in the last couple of months, I feel like I have to.I injured my back and went through and returned 4 different back warmers on TRAKK before landing with this. The vibration/massage plus heat alleviates my pain/soreness within a few minutes. I also use it before my home physical therapy exercises.I gave it only 4 stars for warmth because I personally like very intense heat, much more than most people, and that intensity might not be all that wise physically anyway. The heat generated does the trick very well though.From my experience and trying out the other seemingly viable ones here, this is the best.”
