Just got this today. Bulky. But fits around ribs and like heat and massage, wish timer was longer as my pain is constant and longer timer would help. I was looking for battery operated pad....thought that was what I ordered. I will keep this because I also like wrap feature. I have 6 heating pads throughout my home. I use them for back leg and new rib pain(which I have had to tie pad around my ribs).

Lotsa heat, the various vibrating modes are a nice feature. I haven't had it long enough to say for sure it will solve my back pain but certainly is a pleasure to use.

I bought this as a present for the holidays. Apparently, it was pretty comfortable. It generated quite a bit of heat. And it massaged at different speeds, force and tempo.Downside you are connected to the power cord and the control which takes away from the overall usability.

Pretty good product. Had it massage my lumbar back took the pain right out after half hour. The only exception of dislike it wasn't hot enough for my wife to use on her stomach due to cramps. It would be nice if they could add a pocket feature to it for the hands for arthritis.

I bought this for my husband and it really helped both lower back and hip pain. Note that an extender is included for the belt which gave him the extra length he needed.

Can use it on back, shoulders, and legs with heat and massage. Best thing I have found to help with pain and discomfort while I wait for surgery to fix my problems. So happy I found it at TRAKK.
