“I purchased this Heated Waist Massage Belt with Massage to soothe my lower back, side and leg pain. I was suffering from an acute bout of sciatica, and the product description seemed like it would provide relief. It is amazing! I treated my sore areas for 10 days before I could get in to see my doctor. He referred me to a Physical Therapy shop near to me. I was so pleasantly surprised to learn that P.T. first treated me with heat. Then, after a period of warming the sore area, the therapist used a massaging tool on my back and side. I then had to do some stretches using wide rubber bands to extend my hip joints. Other than the bands (which I also have at home) this belt provide the heat and massage just like the PT does. They put heat on for 15 minutes, then used the massage tool for another 10 minutes. I can actually do this treatment myself at home.I am now scheduled for 1 visit per week with the Physical Therapist (per Medicare guidelines). With this belt, I can treat myself daily. I will continue the P.T. visits until all the pain is gone, and to make sure they provide all the guidance to me for my full recovery. But, if this pain develops again, I'll be able to provide the therapy myself. What a great Heating Pad with Massager.”
