When I use as Heating Pad, I can fall to sleep and not worry about turning it off. It stays warm a long time, and cold for a long time. I use as Heating pad especially at bedtime. I purchased this because the Dr. told me to use combination of Ice Pack and Heat, because I brusied my Sternum. It is small enough to pack when traveling.”
