The yoga center closed but I just had to have my heat pack and here I found them on TRAKK. They can last well over a year with the right kind of care. I freeze mine in between using and then heat for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes in the microwave. P.S. My dog loves the heat through the blankets too.”

“Heats up very easy in the microwave. heating function lasts long as well. Very gentle to the skin. No oil leak or any damage to outside cover after heating. Initially, you will smell some weird smell out of it, but after use of few days, it will go away. Great for heat therapy and works well. it will not work as a cold pad. It's not dual function like others. Weight is bearable. Not at all heavy.”
