“I LOVE this pack. It works so well for both heat and ice, and looks simple, but was so thoughtfully made. This is so much better than gel pack versions, or even the ones with straps, because the weight of the pack holds it in place while the filling molds to the area you are treating. The fabric on the outside is very comfortable (one side is fleece, the other cotton fabric) and not only provides slight (necessary) barrier for the heat/ice, but creates friction on your clothing so it helps stay in place (on top of t-shirt, pants, etc), whereas gel pack would slide right off. Cools very quickly in the freezer and heats up in the microwave in 2 minutes. Simple old school ice/heat pack that works extremely well!”
