TRAKK Hot-Cold Therapy Himalayan Salt Pad Reviews

4.9 Rating 495 Reviews
This is my second one like this, from this company. It does have the slightest bit of moisture when heated. It is small, and unless you position it just right, and you stay still, it will slide off wherever you place it. I use it for warmth on my feet or hands mostly. Soothing muscles is done better by the cold wrap--they reduce the swelling which causes pressure and pain. My first one is still going strong too. Well made. I have microwaved it for up to 2 minutes when it's new. As they wear, they seem to need a bit longer and I have gone up to 4-5 min for the older one. That all depends on your heat tolerance and the power of your microwave.

Moist without having to wet it. This was great in helping my shoulder pain. Glad I purchased it.

It's nice that it can be used hot or cold and wasn't too expensive, but there's barely any gel inside for how big the pack is so it doesn't disperse evenly at all.

I put a towel around it and it's perfect. I use it enough I flip it around before refreezing.

This hot pack works and feels absolutely fantastic! I appreciate how long it maintains heat. One tip: if you ever notice you have a mouse problem in your house, make sure you store your hot pack somewhere the mice cannot get to it.
