TRAKK Hot-Cold Therapy Himalayan Salt Pad Reviews

4.9 Rating 495 Reviews
I've given these heating pads (I bought two) twice-daily use for the past two months. Nature Creation put a lot of thought into these and the comprehensive instructions, which include lots of caveats and warnings, are well worth reading (more than once). They took a lot of getting used to since each component of the product contributes its own characteristics and external conditions like ambient temperature and what part of your body you use them on makes a lot of difference. It took me an embarrassingly long time to come to terms with their characteristics within my home on my affected bit of anatomy (a foot). But now that I think I know them pretty well I can praise the design and guidance. One of the best features is that one side of the pad is thinner cloth and the other side is thicker (flannel). The thinner cloth transmits more heat and the flannel provides less. You can start with the flannel and finish with the thinner cloth to stretch a heating session. I subtracted one star because I find them just a bit smaller than I wish they were, and I'm a small person.

Effective hot compress I've owned this product for several months and used it for relief from sinus pressure, headaches, and TMJ pain. I have not had any problems with it.

Great product I love this product, I have used it cold, warm and moist with some of my aromatherapy oils. Comes with laminated cards to keep for heating directions, care etc. I will be giving these as gifts.

Like the way they are made but other than that a far cry as good of a cool, heat pack as the Cryopack. They had much more gel in them. With Roscoe gel ice packs Most of the gel goes to the sides like squeezing a balloon. Put it on your should. No gel is at the point of the shoulder, knee etc. goes to the sides, bottom etc. That is just my opinion. Just think more gel is needed to make the bags better. Little like an under stuffed pillow.

I purchased this for my wife because she has a bad back. She swears this re-heatable bag relieves her pain like no other. It's her back and she should know so I believe her.

So this is the best ice pack! I bought the small, medium, large. I tend to use this and the large the most. I love that it's soft and flexible. You can ice your injury at night and fall asleep. I ended up buying a few for friends as well. I'm very happy with this product. Great value!

I bought one almost 4 years ago (when new the lavanda smell can be a little intense) but then it became less smelly. These pas months, My kids started to take it away from me, they love to heat it and put it inside their beds to warm the sheets specially on the feet zone, so I bought a second one for me again and I even bought the long one for the neck, I've never used them cold, just for heat therapy. (Menstrual cramps, lower back pain, muscle pain) my 18yo son loves it during football season after practice on his shoulders/ back
