“Microwave safe? I didn't even have this product 8 months and it's smelled like it's burning anytime I heat it up for less than 2 minutes. As you can see in the pictures, after the 20th time heating it to use on my stiff neck muscles it has burn marks. Don't purchase and save your money. I obviously wasted mine.”
