“Purchased the reusable hot and cold gel therapy packs in the large and medium size packs. when they freeze they are really really cold you May want to use a towel to wrap around them if they are too cold for you ha. :-) does the job extremely well for cold therapy. Have not tried it for hot therapy yet we'll update review when have tried the hot therapy option. The large size is quite large Might not fit in your microwave depending on how large or small it is. The medium size is quite accurate also medium size will fit in your microwave probably. Pretty sure they are HSA eligible. They are soft gel packs great feature. :-) Overall very pleased with the products. Would definitely recommend for a friend would definitely purchase again time after time. Don't change the product works well the way it is. Purchased these gel packs for my L-1 back pain relief.Definitely Does the job extremely well for cold therapy! “Easy to heat up, and gets pretty warm. Transfers said heat very well and helped with lower back pain/soreness.It smells a little like rice, but the lavendar edition covers this smell up very well. (I got one unscented and scented)I like it alot.”
