“This works great. To me the best part is the two different sides. With my old one I use to use a dish towel to dull the heat until it cools down so I could avoid having to reheat so often but once it was cooled down I had to reaheat. With this one I don't need to use a towel anymore because it has a softer side that I can use right out of the microwave. Then as that side cools off the other side is as hot as it was when I first pulled it out of the microwave. So basically I am getting twice the time with a lot of sustained heat.”
