“Greatest heating pad ever! Has two different fabric textures on the different sides. One is thicker - so you can start with that, and as it cools off a bit - you can flip it over and use the thinner fabric side and still get good heat. Three minutes in the microwave - and comfortable relief is at hand.”

“Have used a few times so far for sore muscles. Heats up quick, gives off good heat, and doesn't smell bad - the rice smell is pleasant. Heat doesn't last as long as reusable gel packs, but at least you don't have to boil this to reset it!”
