I purchased this heating pad for my wife. She uses a heating pad every night to sleep and most of the other heating pads she has tried in the past were uncomfortable and were somewhat hard. This heating pad from Mighty Bliss is so soft and flexible. Also I received a letter from the owner of Mighty Bliss asking me to review this product. I did not know I purchased from a small business and would have reviewed the product sooner if I had known. Reviewing products like this from a small business owners helps them grow and thrive, I'm glad to help by doing this review. I'm Very satisfied with this product. This is a very comfortable heating pad and is a good size also. It has low, medium, and high heat setting. The cord is long enough to plug in on my wife's side of the bed and reach my side, which isn't usually the case with other products like this. It's been the best heating pad my wife and I have owned. I highly recommend this product. God Bless

I love this thing and use it religiously in between icing. The cord is long, the highest setting isn't scolding, the pad is huge to cover large areas of my back at once, and it works wonders. The only fault I could find is from the built in safety feature, so I can't really complain much. I wish it stayed hot longer, but after a while the temperature turns down. I know it's so I won't start a fire or something if I leave and it's still on or something, but I like some serious heating power and duration and this just cuts a little too short.

I've had this heating pad for about two months and have used it LOTS. I use it for a tight muscle currently in my shoulder blade, my ankle (after icing), and my knee (after icing) due to playing basketball with the high school (I'm getting old...). I also get cold, so use it to just lay on my core to quickly warm up.Likes:softnesscolorno odorgreat size, big enough to wrap completely around my knee and then some (I'm an average build female)long cord3 heat tempsgets hot on high but doesn't burncustomer service is awesome, if I needed it. The owner of the business hand-wrote a note thanking me for my purchase, asked for a review, and gave his personal email if there were any problems, which there are none.dislikes:none. Cant say anything bad about it.

Really, where is the heat? It says it takes 10 minutes to warm up to high. But after 30 minutes it is still barely more than the warmth you feel when you are under blankets in bed. That is not therapeutic heat. The other thing that I don't like about it is that only the center gets warm. Yes, the size is very large and it is very soft. But 2 inches all around 3 of the sides and 4 inches at the end by the plug doesn't get any heat at all. It's going back immediately.

June 23,2020 UPDATE:After communicating with the owner of Mighty Bliss, they are standing behind their product. I was offered a full refund, but chose a replacement heating pad instead. I certainly like the product, I was just disappointed that mine stopped working. I'm very thankful there are still folks out there that care about the customer and the product they put out. Thank you guys so much for addressing my issue & “pouncing' on a solution so quickly. I was amazed at the quick response. Many thanks!June 19,2020 UPDATE:Less than a year old the heating pad has now stopped working. The owner of this company sent a letter after this purchase asking for a good review - I did that as it seemed a quality product. I was wrong. Nothing esthetic matters if it stops working. It was purchased the end of Sept 2019.Not a happy camper ....Nice heating pad. Love the way the cord plugs into the pad! It won't fall/pull out like others I've had.I like my bright blue color, that's a nice change! The only thing I would change is the control. It is so “touchy' you have to give it good space or it will turn itself off. I'd also love to see a “constant on' option. I have constant chronic pain & use continuous heat. I understand why most heating pads have the 2 hr shut off, but it's just irritating to me. Over all, I would recommend this brand & will likely be purchasing another very soon. I have to have a backup.

I'm not impressed. Plugged it in and waited for it to get hot and wait and waited and gave up.Not going to do it for me. I will be returning it ASAP. The plasticy junky ones at WallyWorld with the flannel cover that always falls of are better.Sad. I had hope reading reviews. It takes a lot of disappointment for me to leave a one star review.Edit - Owner reached out to me, and apologized and offered a refund. I had already returned via TRAKK. I did give two additional stars because I received and apology, and was shocked that he followed up to find out what was wrong with the product so he can improve upon it.

Update : I've had this heating pad for less than two months. I loved it but, it's broken now and useless. The plug was pulled out of the connector in the pad. No big deal, I plugged it back in... But now the on switch just blinks a few times and nothing. Nada. It's made to be unplugged there, so I didn't do anything weird that shouldn't have been touched or moved. Stinks because I really liked this heating pad. But if something as insignificant as unplugging the cord from the pad causes it to not work then it's just cheap crap. I'm guessing the fault is in the power switch on the cord. Not sure if that's a replaceable part or not and knowing how it was just unplugged, do I want to waste money on something that is so sensitive? This pad is large and flexible. The cover is soft so you don't have to fight with another cover for it. I got it to replace a rather old one. Only thing I'm not thrilled with is that it only stays on for about 2 hours, then you have to turn it on again. I suppose that's a safety feature, but I like to have it on a few hours while I'm sleeping.

It's a soft heating pad. Nice size, and very soft. I'm not too big on the color, but i'm a neutral color person. I like that it's easily manipulated, and not so stiff. Heats up pretty quick. I wish it did get hotter, because I do only seem to use the high setting because low/medium don't really seem to get to the temp I want. I have noticed that it doesn't tend to shut off a lot, on its own. I know it has a 2 hour shut off, but it's definitely hadnt even been an hour until it does shut off. Im unsure why it does it, I thought maybe a safety feature but I had it on top of my ankle with no pressure & it turned off within 20 minutes of placing it. I have also noticed it changes temps on its own, i will have it on high & i'll check to see if it turned off or what because the temp feels not as hot, and it's at low or medium.
