TRAKK Electric Heating Pad Reviews

why is it so hard to find a good heating pad? This one did better than my last— got good and hot, has a nice plush cover, good size. I would have zero complaints, but I purchased this in february of 2019 and now, midway through november, it has stopped working. no flashing light, no coming back to life after being unplugged and plugged back in. It's definitely a nice option in a pinch, but I can't be buying a heating pad every year, both for the cost and because it's just a lot of waste. so, i was satisfied, but the fact that it lasted only 10 months has left me disappointed.

What a disappointment, I suffer from terrible mentrual cramps and needed a new heating pad ASAP. Got this on prime and waited two full days to get it. Just to find out that this thing literally doesn't heat up. I feel like the people giving this product positive reviews are those who have never actually used it themselves.

I purchased this heating pad for muscle pain, to replace my old one which broke recently. The color and soft fabric is nice, especially compared to the scratchiness of my original. It is also a good size. As for the actual function of the pad, however, there is a lot to be desired. The controller feels very flimsy and thin, and the button clatters in its casing like it's loose all the time. After letting it warm up for five or so minutes, it is hot for perhaps another ten or fifteen before I find myself having to turn it up, and with only three heat settings, each falling back to the same lukewarm temperature after a few minutes, I'm a bit disappointed. The side of the pad closest to the cord tends to stay warm a bit longer, which is a problem in and of itself, but overall it does not get to the level of heat I expect. Serviceable if you just need a little extra warmth, but unfortunately it does not seem to serve its purpose.

The first one I got shorted just after a month. They provided a replacement and I ended up using that for about a year and two months till it just plain died on me (basically outputted the heating pad version of the Xbox red ring). My biggest concern about this product was the heat settings. The first one had the same problem, but then again I only had it for a month. The heat settings with the second one, which I used daily for ~30mins, was absolutely horrible after a few months of use. If you'd set it on the lowest setting, over time, it would creep up to burning. The settings were all over the place 1-2 months before it died on me. As you can see in the photos it really did burn. Those brown marks are where it burned through the fabric; EXTREME hazard. Hopefully no one else will have to go through this with future purchases of this product, but definitely buyer beware.

UPDATE: I have now also used this for my feet and it was amazing. I've put it by my feet under the covers at night and on my footrest while I work at the computer. Works well for both! Additionally I have now used it for my neck. I get tension migraines. Desperate, I tried putting this on my neck for a while and it worked! I was able to loosen up and get my neck to pop. Seriously recommend this productOriginal: I've been using this for cramps and it's a godsend. So much better than the rice bad I was using before. It's even heating, it stays warm, I don't have to get up to reheat it in the microwave... It's so much better in every way.The lowest heat setting is good for mild cramps and the medium/high good for really bad cramps. I like that it has an auto shut off, so I don't stress about accidentily falling asleep with it.It's very malleable so you can fold/roll it to fit your needs. The soft side is SUPER SOFT and snuggly. I haven't washed it yet, but I like that that is an option if I need it (also I'm surprised that's possible.) I haven't used it damp either, but I think that could help to conduct heat even more if you're using it for neck/back. The cord is a nice length; I can use it in bed but it isn't cumbersome. It's definitely worth the price. I already forsee myself using this in the winter to keep my legs/feet warm because I have terrible circulation.

I wanted to love this and did for the weeks that I had it...Unfortunately, yesterday when I went to turn it on, it woudn't...I thought maybe something wrong with the outlet...nope...still nothing..Let it alone for couple hours, just because..Still nothing..I was so happy I had kept the box it came in..Easy to go through the return process and printed out my return label..This really looked like high quality item...Just one of those things..Didn't want to take a chance on just getting another of the same..couldn't trust it to last.

My wife and I have had dozens of heating pads throughout the decades. All of them were the same except for this MIGHTY BLISS heating pad. They were all mediocre and failed fairly quickly. In quick time, they would barely get hot. MIGHTY BLISS is quite different. This is a high-end product. It is large. The controls are easy to use. It gets hot all the time (when we are trying to get it hot). It works. It is high quality. It get's hot. I highly recommend the purchase of this product. Wonderful product!

I really enjoyed this at first. I recently injured myself and have Sciatica pain, the heat is necessary for me to be comfortable at all while sitting - which I have to do for work now. This heating pad is really frustrating though. It has great heat output when it IS producing heat but it's very in and out. On low it will be blazing hot for the first couple of minutes then tapers off over time until it auto shuts off.I hate the Auto Shut off as well. I thought I would be able to set how long until the heating pad shuts off but I can't. I believe it's about 20 minutes, maybe 30?I'll be comfortable, working, then eventually I realize my lower back isn't warm anymore and have to turn it back on. This sucks if your muscles are finally relaxing, you get into a groove of whatever you're doing, and then you have to get up and your muscles are too tight because you haven't had the heat on for whoever knows how long!I can't exactly return it either because even though it's not the best, I NEED it.
