TRAKK Electric Heating Pad Reviews

3.7 Rating 100 Reviews
I really liked the color and I hoped to use this heating pad every day. But I was shocked when the pad melted on its first use. It's good I didn't fall asleep, because the heating pad could have caught fire. I noticed a burning plastic smell a few minutes after I turned it on.

I'm giving all 1 stars because I'm very disappointed with this product. I just can't begin to tell you guys how disappointed I am with it. Simply because it did not work for my wife who is expecting. My wife has been complaining of a lot of back pain and after doing so much research I came across this product & thought that this would be the best for her.. mind you my wife lives overseas.. where the electricity is 240v.. I know this product is only single 110v and I'm very upset that as soon as she plugged it in with a converter in the wall socket.. it did not come on at all. we thought it was the converter, we tried the converter on other products (single 110v) and they worked just fine.. I spent so much money on this product and the converter which I bought from TRAKK.. now both are useless.. I'm very upset because I can't even return the item since my wife lives in a village back home (in Pakistan) and I am not able to see her till January 2021 and I'm not coming back to the country till mid/end of February 2021.. I wish I would get a replacement for this item because I still believe this is a good product. I will update my review, once I get the replacement and let you know my experience with it.. but based off my current review PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE this ITEM STAY AWAY FROM IT, DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OVERSEAS USERS (Middle East, etc)

I sustained some neck and back injuries recently and the only relief I found was with an aged heating pad, normal size, that I hqad to keep moving around to get the relief I needed, and because it had some age on it , the heat output was not great. I jumped on TRAKK, came across this larger sized, very inexpensive heating pad and thought I would give it a try.I far exceeded my expectations, it covers my whole back area and the heat output is phenomenal, in fact; I can't use it on high but for a short time and I find medium to be very sufficient. I have been using this pad every evening for hours on end and I love it, as an added bonus, I found that the cound can be detached and allows the whole pad to be submersed for cleaning. Highly recommend this for anyone needing a heating pad

I was a little unsure about buying this since it's different than all the heating pads I've ordered before. I'd give it a 50/50 in stars... when I received the package I'm guessing it must have been a return product because new packaging inside was open and the tape on the box was cut. I kept it anyway and it held up for about a month. The heat seems stronger the first few minutes of usage after turning it on, then it cools down a bit. Idk if that's intentional or not but it's not too bad. I do like that it automatically switches off so sleeping with it isn't a bad idea, I don't wake up overheated or red because of it.Unfortunately the button turned white about three months in. I've tried to see if I can scrape it off with my nail but it doesn't come off. And for some reason it'll sometimes just turn off and the light in the control will blink at me. I can't turn it on until I've unplugged it and then plugged it in again.I believe I most likely just got a faulty returned product...and I should have returned it to begin with to get a replacement I suppose, but by the time any of this really starting to become obvious (the blinking and white stuff) my return date was over.Aside from this specific pads issues- my only product specific complaint is the spot the wire plugs into the pad is very large and uncomfortable to lay on. The pros of this pad is that it's an automatic switch off, it's very long (covers my whole back!), super soft, smells clean, and has a nice variety of heat to switch between depending on what you need. I enjoy using this for my cramps on bad days, too. Very soothing for my tummy. Overall I'd give 2/5 stars just because I'd gotten a bad item. I have not reached out to the company yet about this...if I can.

First off, Coy (the owner of Mighty Bliss) wrote and sent me a letter in the mail, thanking me for buying his product and touchingly asking for a review of the product. That's what compelled me to review this, even though I do a good number of product reviews. That type of outreach and personal touch is always nice to see in a company.I have used Sunbeams for years due to shoulder pain and foot pain from RSD. Heat packs help alleviate some of it so I tend to use them a lot and frequently. One thing about Sunbeams, is they always break within a couple of months and malfunction in the same way every time. I got sick of that, so decided to go with a different brand. So far, I'm not disappointed at all. It's a fantastic, big heating pack that provides the perfect amount of heat. Hopefully it lasts longer than a Sunbeam! So far, so good.

I'm not sure how this product got so many good reviews but I ordered one, returned it, got a replacement and now i have to return that one. This thing does not heat up. It barely gets warm (after 30 minutes on high even) If I had to guess, it doesn't go above 80 degrees (f°). It is a nice large size and comfortable material but it doesn't heat up at all. Bummer.

I've had many many heating pads in my time and couldn't be happier with this one! It gets nice and hot quickly and has a plush soft covering that feels lovely on your skin. You can unplug the pad and wash it in the washing machine too. One of the things I love about this particular one is when it auto shuts off the controller completely shuts off too. I've had many heating pads that blink after they auto shut off and then (especially if they are under a blanket) the controllers can get really hot, which is worrisome. A lot of those can end up with weird controller glitches where you have to unplug them and plug them back in to get them to work. Not this one!! At least not so far. I have had this one for a month and used it A LOT but long-term durability is yet to be seen, I will update if I have any issues at all. This is also a small business which is always great to support! I received a thank you letter from the business owner which I was touched by. Highly recommend!

The worst piece of garbage heating pad I ever purchased in my life. I should've looked harder and longer at this picture and realized you've two young people that don't even break a sweat in the gym ! OH they have the heating pad rubbed up against there bodies . Like they really need relief from chronic pain or even if you had muscle stiffness. Don't waste your money it's a horribly poor design! the hand switches three levels of heat you're lucky if you don't move a inch, before you realize it it's off. The heat is so inconsistent it's ridiculous. How they $$$ all these reviews I'll never know. I was sidetracked by the number of sales this company had. The length the width doesn't even cover a normal back if you have chronic back pain. Forget about shoulder/ knee pain. THE turquoise heating pad that should make you feel like you're supposed to be peaceful in some water oasis on an island PLEASE SPEAR ME. It's a miracle I didn't cut the cord up into million pieces! Do I sound like a person living with chronic pain. Save your money / if you just have that monthly pain. Ladies it's not worth it! Change your AD IT'S FALSE advertisement.
