“I'm writing this review because I tried to deal with this company privately with no avail. I wrote them twice in the last two weeks and have gotten no response back.I used the heating pad the very first evening I got it. The heat output was great but then quickly cooled down to the point I had to check and see if I accidentally bumped the button and turned it off. No it was still on the highest setting. This happens every single time I use this heating bad. The heat output is great then goes down to almost cool. I have to turn it off wait a min or two then turn it back on to reboot it. Depending how long I use it, I have to do it numerous times during the duration.I see all these awesome reviews and I don't know if I got a lemon or something but it's not the same for me. I wish the company would reply back to me to help resolve this issue.”
“This heating pad is very well made, comfortable and easy to use. That last part is what's most important to me. Unlike other heating pads that I've tried in the last couple of years, this one heats up and STAYS at the temperature setting until I'm ready to change it or turn it off. I've had a string of heating pads that would, instead, heat to where I wanted them and then back off on the temperature automatically and not allow me to jack it back up. Very frustrating. I'm an adult; I want to decide how hot the pad will be and for how long and not be held hostage to a computerized temperature controller. The Mighty Bliss heating pad allows me to do exactly that. This is the main reason I'm writing this review. If you've had the same experience with pre-programmed heating pads as I have had, I think you'll find the Mighty Bliss heating pad to be a refreshing change.”
“Bought this on December 9, 2019. Did my research and decided, based on the shear number of positive reviews, that this was the best product for me. I particularly liked the design of the pad and the way the electrical cord connected at the corner. Fast forward to today. Went to turn it off and sparks flew everywhere and bedroom circuit breaker tripped!! Looked like the insulation on the wires broke at the strain relief and the bare copper shorted together! See photos. Says it has a lifetime warranty so now trying to contact the company for replacement. Overall rating of 1 star because it should have lasted much longer. I have had cheaper heating pads that simply quit working after a few years but no trouble with the wiring like this.”
“We've had this pad for a few months now, and I am so glad I purchased it! I originally bought it for lady cramps and it was exactly what I needed, but then my husband had back pain and he said it brought relief. We loved it so much that I ordered one for my sister and my mom! Last week my dad was passing a kidney stone and was in a lot of pain. He tried the heating pad and sure enough he said it was so amazing, and it was the only reason he got sleep that night! He even told my mom she needs to get her own. ��The temperature options are great, and it doesn't over heat or short out if you leave it on for extended periods of time. I've left it on overnight, and it eventually shuts off. I haven't had any problems, but I will update this review if anything changes.”
“I really need to preface this review with something: I have chronic problems with my back. When I strained it earlier this year I suffered intense back spasms and in the mornings my back was so tight I could barely move.My previous heating pad had inconsistent heat, not to mention the cover wouldn't say stay on so the plastic-y part would become exposed and burn my skin. NOT this pad!This heating pad has a soft plush surface that can be misted with water to give me a similar moist heat soothing affect that a hot shower gives, which at the time was nearly impossible to do. The heat is even and the dial that controls it is easy to use. It also is soft enough that it follows the curves of your body better than a traditional heating pad. I 100% would buy this again.”
“I was excited to get this heating pad because I use a heating pad a lot. I have fibromyalgia and go through bad flare ups that can last about 2 weeks. Anyone with fibromyalgia knows how painful this is and how much heat helps.I read the enclosed instruction manual before using it as it says to. I then find out that you are not supposed to lay on it? I also have disc problems in my back, and had bought this ‘large' (which in my opinion is just a bit longer than your standard heating pad) so that I could get the full length of my back while lying down. I am unable to lay on my stomach anymore, which meant that now I can't even use it for my intended purpose! I did turn it on it's lowest setting just to see what the heat was like and even on that low setting, it got really HOT. I couldn't have laid on it even if it said I could!Fibromyalgia makes me SUPER sensitive to everything. So this may be part of that, but my last heating pad never got that hot unless it was on high. I really wanted this one to be the one for me. It is soft and would cover the length of my back.I just put in for a return and refund.”
“I bought one of these heating pads for my mother who has severe back issues. She loves it!! It has 3 heat settings, which are very comfortable according to your preference and an automatic turn off switch after 2 hours. Another important feature is that the heating pad and cover are all in one (as far as I can tell), meaning that the heating part doesn't separate from the cover and get all smooshed down like most heating pads. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my back and was tired of my heating pad always crumpling up. So I bought myself one of these heating pads and I love it, too! It stays flat instead of crinkling up when I am sitting there with it on my back. I love the heat settings depending on my pain and what comfort level it provides. Oh! I should also mention that it has a long cord so I don't have to use an extension cord like I was doing with my other pad. This is also large enough to fit entirely across my back. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, but especially those who use a heating pad frequently. I use mine daily and it truly helps relieve the pain so I am able to function on a more normal level. Don't hesitate to purchase this one! The pad is not only a pretty color but it's soft and nice, too. Excellent purchase!!”
“I bought this heating pad for my pregnant daughter for her low back pain. She was using a regular generic heating pad from a drug store and it was not giving her the relief she needed. This heating pad actually wraps around and heats up to a desired heat she needs for her desired pain areas for her low back pain for her pregnancy. She says it is the best heating pad she has ever used. And loves it. She also wraps it around her neck when her neck gets tight from carrying her toddler. She says this is by far the best heating pad compared to any other heating pad she's tried. Even the rice pads she's bought. I am extremely happy with this purchase also it came in the mail within a few days so she could be comfortable.”
