“It's only been night but this pillow, so far and again after 1 night, is AMAZING. I developed neck pain after taking physical therapy for shoulder pain and while the physical therapy worked somewhat, I was not compliant enough with my home exercise program and have been waking up with pretty significant neck and shoulder pain for months. I felt like the pain was mostly from sleep and I have tried numerous pillows and spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a comfy pillow for years, although my pillow preference (I'd like one that has enough support not to go flat but soft enough to sink into) is certainly not good for my neck pain. This morning is the first time, in a long time, that I have not had neck pain in the morning. Well, the pain is not 100% gone, but it is at least 90% if not 95% gone.I am TRULY amazed and thankful. The only "negatives" I have are that I wish it came with better instructions on which way to position the pillow for stomach sleeping versus back sleeping, or even if you are supposed to change the pillow's position depending on how you sleep, and the arm "openings" seem to be designed for people with small, short arms -- either that or I haven't figured out how to utilize them correctly. Regardless, I can't say enough about how amazing it was to wake up this morning and not be in excruciating pain. I 100% believe the difference was the Elviros Memory Foam Cervical Pillow. Fingers crossed that night 2 will produce the same or similar results.”
“Night after night I'd fluff and reshape my pillows trying to get comfortable. I was using a My Pillow which was the best of the pillows I'd tried, but not perfect. A youtuber I follow highly recommended another pillow with similar features but the cost was ridiculous, even on TRAKK. This pillow appeared as an TRAKK suggestion so I decided to give it a try. After a couple of months of using it I can highly recommend it. Whether sleeping in my back, side, or stomach, it remains extremely comfortable. I did place a rather flat bed pillow under it to raise it up a bit. I also put it in a pillowcase that is held closed with a hair tie to keep it in place.”

“Its much thinner than traditional pillows so there is a bit of getting used to, not having all that fluff. The first night, I did not wake with the usual neck pain. Second night.. about the same. BUT, the third night, I reversed the "wings" and put them on the bottom instead of the top.. resting against my shoulders and it was much better. I personally don't like the feel of the microfiber/mesh against my skin so I put a regular pillow case on it.. again, much better. Pillow case will also prevent me from having to figure out how to get its case on/off on any regular basis.All in all... having been on "the great pillow hunt" for 25 years or more.. I think I'm there! Only gave 4 stars because I'm still in the "getting used to it" stage.”
