“I got this to try because I was having so much trouble sleeping at night and every couple months was waking up with a neck so sore and stiff I couldn't function without a visit to the chiropractor. This pillow fixed ALL OF IT. The first night was uncomfortable and weird while my body adjusted but I have been sleeping like a rock for weeks now and refuse to sleep without this pillow. If you're waking up with a stiff neck- try this!”
“Hard and no head contour, and NOT FOR STOMACH The media could not be loaded. I sleep on all sides but often end up on my stomach. Those "arm holes" are absolutely useless and just get in the way, and I wake up in a lot more pain if on my stomach. On my back, there is almost no contour for the head. It is like sleeping on a hard, elevated pillow. You cannot press down unless you try really hard. In my video I am pressing down hard. I'm small but I'm not weak (I rock climb and lift weights). If you're looking for a stiff pillow then by all means get this one.I used it for almost a week and just caused more pain, even when I managed to mostly sleep on my back or side. There is some contour on only one side and you would have to sleep in the exact position all night to get relief (which is not realistic). Even a slight head rotation moves you out of position. If you sleep like a corpse, lay on your back, and love hard pillows, then this is the one for you! 28”
“I wish I would have bought this years ago!!! I have struggled for years with the neck and shoulder pain. I have spent well over $500 on other pillows with no relief. I regularly see a chiropractor and I'm in physical therapy. I also have massage therapy when needed. After one night using this pillow 80% of my neck pain was is gone. With continued care from chiropractor, physical therapy massage therapy I am at 95% now. I don't know that I would've achieved that without this pillow.”
“I have degenerative spondylosis with disc height narrowing at C5-C6. Neck and shoulder pain on the left side. It works for me, I can sleep on my back and sides pretty comfortably. Try it and see if it works for you.”

“I recently had cervical spine surgery. I found with my other memory foam pillow I would wake up with headaches and pain in neck due to sleeping in a improper position . After purchasing the pillow I found that it properly positioned and supported my neck. There is a diamond shape piece sewn into the center of the pillow where your head rest for a back sleeper. But I am a side sleeper which is the reason for the disadvantage of the pillow. The seam line It's located right where you lay on your ear. This does cause me to wake up with pain on outer part of my ear. This is due to lying across the seam which is hard from the stitches. This is minor compared to all the good qualities of support and proper positioning of your neck this pillow gives.”
“I am solidly middle-of-the-road when it comes to this pillow, and am sharing my review to help others on the fence on purchasing. I don't think I'll return it, but I definitely don't love it the way I hoped I would. Read on!First, the short version:CONS - The hardest pillow I've ever felt, awful scratchy textured cover, hard snap right in the middle, doesn't layer well with other pillows, no sense of comfort at allPROS- Not exactly uncomfortable either, does seem to keep spine aligned to prevent neck pain, limits tossing/turningI ordered this funky-looking pillow as I am a terribly light sleeper who can't get into REM sleep without just the right pillow(s). My previous pillows had started to flatten and were causing neck pain. I liked that this pillow has a divot for your neck and dips in the middle to keep your head from rolling off the outer edges. I've had good luck with memory foam pillows before, so I decided after much debate to get this one.Immediately upon opening this pillow, I HATED it and was absolutely certain I'd return it. Reasons why:1. It is hard as a ROCK!Seriously, it feels like a firm desk chair cushion in terms of softness. Not at ALL the gentle embrace I expected from memory foam: my head literally cannot make a dent in it. Consider this extra extra firm2. The included cover is awful. The texture of the cover is super bumpy and rough. There is no possible way I would be able to sleep with my face directly on that surface. A normal pillow case works just as well over this pillow and is MUCH more comfortable.3. The design is ill-consideredThe contours are fine, but the pillow itself has a hard snap or button right in the center where your head goes, which makes no sense whatsoever to me, and the "wings" which make room for your arms don't leave enough space for that purpose, so they don't do much of anything.HOWEVER! I decided I'd spent enough on this pillow and been so excited for it that I'd give it a try. And... well... I certainly didn't love it, but I also don't hate it.It's this weird experience where I expect sinking my head into a pillow to be a comfortable "ahhhh!" moment, and it's 100% not the case with this pillow. It's hard, and sort of captures your head in place once you rest on it. But weirdly, I slept soundly on it. I didn't toss and turn, and I didn't wake up for neck pain. I didn't wake up feeling luxuriant and comfy, but I also wasn't hurting, and I didn't even have to use a secondary pillow (just this one). So I guess in the end it accomplishes what it says it will, but getting there isn't exactly pleasant. It is the weirdest thing.Would I recommend this pillow? Maybe to those who REALLY can't stand neck pain, want to toss and turn less, and like really firm pillows. To someone wanting a hotel level of luxury and comfort, who likes to lounge in bed? Definitely not! I really, really wish this pillow were about 60% softer. If that were the case - and they ditched the awful rough-textured weave cover and plastic snap - I might even love it.”
“The first couple mornings were slightly painful, but since then I haven't woke up in pain once. This pillow has greatly improved my quality of sleep and lessened morning aches and pains. I think to know if you will like this pillow, you have to give it a chance for at least a week.”
