I am 9 months pregnant with moderate-severe congestion and head colds and snoring (and doing everything I can while preggy already, yes) Sleeping had been hard! I saw this reviewed for neck pain so I tried it along with my elevated bed and it has definitely helped both my neck pain and snoring.
