“The Heated Neck and Shoulder Massager is interesting. It is nice how you can wear it like a cape and get vibrations to your back, but ultimately it doesn't do much. It does vibrate the upper back and shoulders, but does nothing for the neck. The image shows a little part that comes up on the neck like it will be nice, but this is just fabric and nothing massaging about that portion. Being that I needed a neck massager I had to return the unit, but could be good for a relaxing upper back/shoulder vibration without the pain of some of the roller products out there.”
