“Initially worked well...but soon broke I like the shape size weight and soft velour fabric.Is stitched well and I like the magnetic closure in front.6 vibration settings and 1 heat level worked well to soothe my neck shoulder and upper arm discomfort. (I wish the massage elements came to the top of my shoulders though.)I would ve given it 4 stars but the heat and massage elements stopped working after less than 2 weeks.I m exchanging it for the same item in hopes of getting one that is longer lasting.
