“OH my goodness I am in shock. I just got this footbath which box is not only previously opened but used. You can feel inside and visually see a "ring" around the basin because it was USED. WOW, goodness lord, not even trying to repackage .......That is nasty. The pumice stone has even been used. Baggie with stone obviously dirty, picture shows previous opening and darn no attempt to reseal. It's like this was returned and sat in a warehouse until I ordered. “I actually ended up returning this product, just because it didn't really do what I need for my super-janky feet, but I think it's perfectly good for what it is and its price. It's pleasant to soak the feet for 10 minutes or so, but didn't really help relax or soothe my feet.”
