“The bubbles are great, the pumice stone is hard to use in it's holder. The bottom is textured for a massaging effect, instead it is really just a bumpy bottom and kind of uncomfortable. Per the instructions The water must be hot when added the heater will not heat the water only maintain the temperature. This is not true...the water did NOT retain any heat.”
