“I missed the reviews that mentioned the motor is loud. Well, it is LOUDDDD! It defeats the purpose of relaxation. Also mine arrived dirty inside, not sure if it's been someone's returned item or not. Yes I understand this is a cheap product but given how annoying the noise is I'd probably return as well. And yes, the water gets cold shortly after you turn on the jets.”
