“I almost got electrocuted although I used very carefully.The company denied responsibility, they said it's because I bought it in the USIf it was not fit to use outside the US, how come it's sold on TRAKK and shipped in another country?How am I supposed to know that?You can see the damage in the photo that it did to my carpet.Plus, I lived in many countries and always use a proper adapter to ensure no problems with the electricity.So to me it looks like a lame excuse and I am pretty sure it would have happened anyway and the product was damaged.Then another thing that is completely a shame, I wrote to them and they took months to respond.Then they told me to contact another department, and then when I got to the other they did the same.That made me lost precious time and now I can't even go through TRAKK.Worst product I ever bought online!”
“I purchased this product for Mother's Day gift and was unable to deliver it for a month after receiving it due to travel restraints. When the gift was given yesterday and filled with water, the water bubbles did not work after repeated attempts. I just attempted to return it and learned it is past the return allowed date. Not pleased with the product or the service.**I tried turning the machine on the next morning filled with water and the bubble strips worked on both sides. I have no clue why they didn't come on the previous day. I'm hoping this continues.”
