This Kanvikam brand massage gun is a full size gun with 8 replaceable heads with different use or application. Honestly I do not use more than three and do not find big difference between the rest.There are hundreds of massage gun and this space has been crowded now compared to few years ago they used to be expensive as well. This particular massage gun has hot and cold massage feature that makes it standout from the competition. I have used one other gun with heating head feature which was not really warm enough. But this massage gun actually heats up well see picture around 91 F and I can feel the warmth while using it as well. The temperature can be adjusted as shown in next picture I do not think the numbers are accurate but at highest setting 65 I read 91F. I think this heat function is well executed with a metallic head that conducts the heat well.The other feature is the cold massage head that comes with a gel bead type head. It is nice as well you can freeze it and use to have a cold massage. The gun is heavier due to its full size and battery but it is designed well to give grip to hands.The con / bummer is I received this gun without any charger. Unfortunately it is not a USB-C type universal charger but a pin type I see these charging type models are a con because if you loose charger or forgot to carry with you there is no way to charge them.Even though I did not receive charger (poor quality control) I think based on its heat and cold functionality and actually executing them well I feel it is still a 4 star product. 2 people found this helpful”

“This massager comes with unique and very useful attachments not seen before This is the first massager I ve seen that comes with the heating attachment pretty cool! The heating attachment doesn t get hot just warm but it works great and really helps loosening stiff muscles and reduce the pain. Another unique attachment is the one filled with beads that you can put in a freezer for a cold massage therapy. So many good surprises with this one! Round head attachment is still my absolute favorite for shoulders. It offers variety of speed settings and the battery lives a pretty long life several hours of use.”
“Overall it s good but the seller is kinda rude/weird First I ordered and replaced six of these because five were malfunctioning. The first one died too quickly the second one didn t even turn on the third one after a few uses did not get as hot as it used to/should the fourth one s buttons didn t work well and the fifth one was making weird noises after being on for few minutes. The sixth one is working well thank god! The reason I kept buying this one is that I can t find a massage gun that has both the heating option and the round attachment that can be placed in the fridge. I was told by the seller that after it gets to 40 (out of 100 for how charged it is) you need to start charging it and it will turn off which I find super weird because that means it dies REALLY fast: and I have a hard time believing that because this last one keeps going when it s at 40 and doesn t die until it s at 15 so I don t know what that was about. Overall I would say buy this but don t buy too many and ask for them to be replaced because the seller will get upset about it.The rest of my review will be about the seller. SO! The seller got mad and seemingly lied to me because since I was buying and replacing so many of their massage guns for no reason they had lost 3000-4000 dollars because TRAKK concluded that the buyer (me I guess) was the one who damaged ONE of the massage guns so they had to destroy it; then they proceeded to tell me that my operation is malicious and they have reported this behavior to TRAKK. Uh what. I was so confused and kinda worried I messaged them back saying I m not being malicious I just like this product because of the attachments and want to get one that works. And then I messaged TRAKK customer service asking what would happen if TRAKK did think I was being malicious and I explained my situation. The person I talked to said that they found nothing suspicious about my account they aren t sure what the seller is talking about how they came to that conclusion and I need to just report them. When I got a message back from the seller they said you can look up and choose other massage guns by searching heated massage gun and asked me not to buy from them again. I just thought that was SUPER strange I have never had a seller tell me not to buy from and I obviously know I can search for other massage guns. Also the first massage gun I got was during prime day so it was super cheap and every single one I have gotten after that I ve used some sort of discount code but IN TOTAL I have not even come close to having purchased $500 worth of massage guns so I don t understand how they lost 3 to 4 thousand just by one gun....also how would TRAKK even come to that conclusion all of the issues seemed to be hardware problems which would only be my fault if I had been throwing them around but I m obviously not going to that because it s an expensive gun for someone who makes minimum wage. Just a very weird company I would be wary of them (and I had to rewrite this review because TRAKK wouldn t let me post the screenshots I have of the seller and the ones I took when I was talking to an TRAKK employee to prove I wasn t in the wrong). 10 people found this helpful”
“Kept sending the wrong product We bought the newer version of this massage gun that charged via USB. We were sent the older model 2 times until TRAKK gave up and just refunded our money. When using the heated attachment the battery life on the older (non-USB) model is only about an hour on level 5.”
