The density of application is also variable so that even if other areas are not painful the massage gun was able to be used to relieve the tenseness of surrounding areas occasioned by the painful ones. For example, if the heavier speeds are used to relieve pains in the lower back, the more moderate speeds can be applied to the spine and upper back to relieve tense muscles in these areas.”
