“Yes, it's firm at times, but my feet need that. I was just shocked at how big it was when it arrived. If you wish to keep it handy near where you sit, it will not be inconspicuous. Wish it had a longer cord. I'm sure many people need extension cords.”

“Absolutely love the massager but the remote only turns it on and off and adjusts the time while no other features works. Control board on the unit works great just wish the remote did. I hate to send it back as I really need the massager.”
