TRAKK Heated Foot Massager Reviews

I got mine 5 years ago, and it still works well. I do not use it daily, more like monthly. I wish it had more control over how it runs, but it feels good after the initial pain.

I have it positioned right under my work from home desk. Good purchase. Def wear socks while using, otherwise it hurts the foot a little. Everyone that comes to my house begs to use it!! I have sprayed it with disinfectant several times after company use and I've never had a problem with it. The cord is medium length ...not much reach there. The remote is tiny & gets lost easily so find a safe place 4 it! Also you can customize the massager using the custom button. You can choose the direction of the massager & the speed. If I could have returned it and purchased another I wouldn't. I would have gifted it but decided to just keep. I used another 1 at a guy friends home and his was just way more comfortable on the feet. I have to position ny feet a certain way to get the best results. If You're not sensitive like me, you'll love this massager. I am just a fragile person & it can be too much for my feet sometimes

I love the foot massages. The balls in the massager are 3 big ones. They are less tickly than the more expensive models which have 5 small ones. HOWEVER. My dad who is 70 started experiencing excruciating pain in his angle and down to his toes. He went to a specialist and determined that the nerves had become separated from his muscles and it was pulsating intolerable pain. after 3 treatments he's better. It wasnt permanent damage. But HE was not a good candidate for this particular model. The specialist told him that he would be better off with the model that has 5 small massage balls. He has extremely ticklish/sensitive feet so perhaps it was subjective. Just be ware. I still use it about 3 times a week, I think its great. Ill amend my review if I experience any adverse affects.

Really displeased. Arrived, cut it on placed my feet in the spaces, literally worked five mins, never worked again. It was moving very slow, tried adjusted the speed,it made a sound and stopped. It powers on,mins still decrease as if its working. It was a Mother Day present, I wanted so its quite upsetting. Though I promptly reported it and same day one replacement shipped out. Should arrive tomorrow so hoping it works. TRAKK was good with the replacement or refund and that made me happy. Fingers crossed.. I will say it should have a start button. the buttons aren't complex to use but the manual needs more work. Looks just like the advertised image.UPDATE. New one arrived promptly and so far no complaints. Its my new favorite thing. Worth the 100 bucks.. Does come with a remote.

I am on my feet 8 & 1/2 hours a day. The hurt so bad I can barely walk by the time I get home. This foot massager has become my new best friend! I use it daily. My size 11 Flintstone feet fit just fine in it & I can adjust my feet to put the pressure where I need it. However, my legs are too bit to fit in it as I had hoped.

I love that you can move your feet higher or lower to massage the part that needs it. I hoped it would have had a massaging roller at the bottom so top, arch and heel could be done at the same time but it's fine. No Achilles massaging which is a drawback, but once you place your feet in the right spots, it truly works and feels so much better. The remote doesn't seem to always connect with the machine so sometimes have to push the button 6 times or so to register. Doesn't seem like many modes to go through with different rotations left and right.

I'm really glad I kept the product. I almost returned it because it felt too hard/almost painful to use and you cannot change the pressure. I decided to tough it out after I saw a review on it stating that if it hurts that means you need it! After about two weeks of almost daily use it's made a noticeable difference in my plantar fasciitis and is no longer too painful to tolerate. I've also used it on sore calves and it's amazing. However, I would not buy it again, I would opt for one that has a gentler massage option.
