Like some of the other reviews...it hurts, but it hurts because my feet are in bad shape. Other family members deny pain, but my feet are sensitive and I have issue. I have been using it for a few weeks and have increased my time and I no loner feel the need to vomit from pain when I use it. I would definitely recommend!!

This is not for the tender footed! I have bad plantar fasciitis and after the fourth day of using I do believe it is helping! I've had this condition for going on four months and have tried every remedy short of cortisone so I am escatic to get relief.

I placed this under my desk so that any time I'm working I get a foot massage. The remote has to be pointing directly at it to work, which isn't an issue. I move my feet forward or back depending on where I want pressure and there's an option to use auto programmed setting or a manual setting where you can set speed and direction. I'm very satisfied with this and would recommend!

I've had this product since october 2017. When I bought this product, I've only been a waitress for a couple of months. My feet were still hurting from the job. I could barely stand in the morning. Having this machine really eased the pain on my feet. The shiatsu massage is meant for a more intense pressure on overworked muscles in order for certain points on the body to release stress. These are VERY DIFFERENT FROM BUBBLE FOOT MASSAGES. If your feet are more sensitive than normal, then do not buy for your own safety. It will hurt you if you do. It also states in the booklet to not use it more than 30 minutes per dayWhat really stands out about the massager is a couple of things. The first would be that it encloses the side of your feet, so it doesnt slide off the machine. The second is that youre able to move your feet forward/backward, which helps you find spots on you feet that you think need more attention. It also helps because I have a woman shoe size of 6.5. Or, if you have the average american foot size, you could chose one of the three custom modes that are designed for certain areas (toes, arch, and sole). And lastly, I'm a big fan of its option on the speed and direction setting. Sometimes, you have to change it up a bit. I used it almost every other day when i first got it, but since January, I would use it every other week. It still works perfectly fine and I'm still happy I got it. I have it under my desk; I'm able to work and have my feet relax. For sixty dollars, it was worth the moneyThere is only one thing i didn't like about it. The included remote didnt work properly unless I'm five inches from the machine, and even then it would take more than three clicks to work. However, the buttons are displayed on the machine, visibly right-in-front of you if your remote doesn't work. Besides that, it's an overall good product.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my GF last year. She works in the O.R. as a surgical tech. Constantly on her feet and even with $160 'On Cloud' shoes, her feet hurt a lot from standing all day. I bought her this to help ease her pain. It won't cure it, but it sure help! She uses it a lot and never complains after with pain after using it.

Yes, it's firm at times, but my feet need that. I was just shocked at how big it was when it arrived. If you wish to keep it handy near where you sit, it will not be inconspicuous. Wish it had a longer cord. I'm sure many people need extension cords.
