I just remember you used to be able to buy the all in one massagers back in the day. Now it seems you have to pick and choose which features you get and overpay for mediocre products.”

AFTER LOOKING AT DIFFERENT ONES AND I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO USE THIS PARTICULAR MODEL AT A FRIENDS HOUSE, I DECIDED TO BUY IT AND SEND IT TO A WOMAN (MOTHER) AS A GIFT. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE SAME AREA AS THIS WOMAN, SO WHEN SHE RECEIVED IT SHE TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX PLUGGED IT IN AND TURNED IT ON ONLY FOR IT TO RUN FOR 5 SECONDS AND SHUT OFF. SAME THING HAPPENS WHEN USING THE REMOTE. LIKE THE MACHINE IS STUCK IN SOME TEST MODE OR SOMETHING.ALL OF THIS WAS UNKNOWN TO ME UNTIL LONG AFTER SHE HAD RECEIVED IT BECAUSE SHE DID NOT REMEMBER TO TELL ME ABOUT THE ISSUE. THEREIN LIES THE ISSUE OF THE 60 DAY RETURN POLICY (HOWEVER IT IS THE PRODUCT THAT IS DEFECTIVE UPON BEING DELIVERED) THIS WOMAN HAS DEMENTIA AND WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE IT AND THEREFORE SHE STORES IT AWAY NOT TO BE LOOKED AT AGAIN.FAST FORWARD TO A MONTH AGO WHEN THIS WOMAN IS ASSAULTED IN HER HOME AND I GO TO HER AID AT HER HOUSE 900 MILES AWAY AND UPON HELPING HER TAKE CARE OF A TRAUMATIC EVENT I DISCOVER THE MASSAGER IN A CORNER AND ASKE HER ABOUT IT. SHE TELLS ME "OH YEAH I GOT IT AND IT DOESN'T WORK" . I TAKE IT WITH ME AND BRING IT BACK TO MY HOME AFTER TAKING CARE OF AND MOVING THIS WOMAN TO A DIFFERENT CITY. NOW I AM HOME TAKE THE PRODUCT OUT AND SIT DOWN TO FIGURE THIS THING OUT AND DISCOVER THAT YES IT IS DEFECTIVE IT ONLY RUNS FOR 5 SECONDS AND I AM NOW HOPING THAT THIS COMPANY THAT BUILDS THESE PRODUCTS FOR CUSTOMERS ENJOYMENT WOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF LENIENCY IN THIS SITUATION AND EXCHANGE (I REPEAT EXCHANGE!!!!! NOT RETURN OR REFUND) THE ITEM FOR AN ACTUAL WORKING ITEM. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE THAT CAN SEE THAT THIS SITUATION HAD SOME EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES (COVID INCLUDED) AND THAT MAYBE, JUST MAYBE DOING SOMETHING SMALL LIKE THIS CAN GO A LONG WAY IN SHOWING SMALL BUSINESS PEOPLE THAT BIG COMPANIES DO HAVE A HEART.SO I AM OUT $87, AND I HAVE A BIG DEVICE SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM THAT WAS DELIVERED DEFECTIVE TO THE PERSON THAT NEEDED IT THE MOST.A WOMAN, MY MOTHER, THAT CERTAINLY COULD BENEFIT FROM A FOOT MASSAGER THAT CAN HELP THE CIRCULATION IN HER FEET AND PROVIDE SOME SMALL FORM OF WARMTH AND COMFORT.FAR BE IT FROM ME TO HOPE FOR MY MOTHER'S SAKE THAT THIS COMPANY COULD HELP OUT IN A SMALL WAY BUT HAVE SUCH A LARGE IMPACT ON A PERSON'S HEALTH AND WELL BEING.ONCE AGAIN I AM HEARTBROKEN AND HUGELY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE LARGE CONGLOMERATE COMPANIES THAT ONLY FOCUS ON THE BOTTOM LINE OF PROFIT MARGINS AND MONEY.”
“What's nice is this fits most any size foot. I'm a size 14It is the most aggressive foot massager out of the 4 that I own. It really puts pressure on the bottom of your feet.The only con I can really see is that it hurts the bottom of my feet when they are swollen.”
“It's ok. It "massages" but it's just a bunch of rollers, I feel like I could have saved some money and bought a manual rolling massager, or a different one altogether. It doesn't go up my ankles like I'd hoped. I would recommend getting a massager with heat and pressure, vs this.”
“I was looking for a top-of-the-line shiatsu foot massager. I read the reviews on this and people commented about how intense the massage was. I did not think it was that bad until I turned the machine on. When I mean intense, my feet felt bruised for three days but, I don't regret the purchase. I now make sure I wear very thick socks.”
