“I first bought the full body mat that just vibrates but I didn't like it. It's buzzed and didn't message my muscles like I needed, so I exchanged it for the back massager. First let me say it definitely works, maybe a little bit too good. I used it right out the box, plugged it in and went to town. Let me warn you it is a deep tissue message and you should take a day or two break after the first 30 mins - 1 hrs. Cause I think I over did it. I started it over 3 times the first time using it and the next day it felt like Mike Tyson had been beating me in my back. But three days later I feel much better, I will take it slow the next few times until my back loosing up a bit, but over all it's good. The heat could be a little more intense. You definitely can't feel the heat with the leather flap down. I will continue to use it, just in moderation. “Pressure is just right. If it's too much then don't lean in too it too much. It may not hit the right places, but all you have to do is adjust it to your liking to reach them. I can barely feel the heat when activated, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, though, it's a good product & it relieves my back pain. I would still prefer to go to a massage place, but this product is better than nothing.”

Very easy to use and convenient to move around.It also feels good especially with the heat option and I like the spot button bc it stops exactly where you want it.My only flac would be it doest massage the lower back unless u slotch into it even then it doesn't get it good.It also doesn't have a change of intensity or massage type but it's an overall good value for the price.
