“I ordered this because I have chronic back pain and cannot afford to pay for massages or a chiropractor. I figured for the cost of one massage appointment, why not try it out? I have tried similar back massagers in the past and have been disappointed because they basically just vibrate your back. NOT THIS ONE. It felt like hands digging deep into the muscle tissue, which is just what I needed. In fact I overused it on the first day, so actually got bruised a bit, but that was my fault (the paperwork that comes with it tells you to take it easy, so my bad; it just felt so good). You can pause it to focus on one problem spot, too. I LOVE IT.”

“This thing is child sized. So if you are an adult human not from a place where everyone is of shorter stature, this thing will massage only one square foot of your back. That said, it will do a good job and you can move it up and down with a pillow or something to get the rest of your back. It also doesn't go down as far as I would've expected so it never reaches the lower lumbar regions. It's nicely built, works well, and the battery feature is awesome. The price point is good for the quality. It is just small, like less than half your back kinda small (I'm 5'10, FYI). The design also means it doesn't really conform to your spine/back (again unless you are like 4 to 5 foot tall). Basically, it's perfect for a pre-teen, or someone of really short stature.”
“The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic massager for the price. It has given relief for my sore muscles due to fibromyalgia, arthritis, and generalized muscle pain due to exertion. Relaxing massage aids in my falling asleep quicker at night. The range of the massage balls could be increased as they don't quite reach my neck area without repositioning but would be sufficient for a shorter torso. The massage balls are wide enough apart to hit major muscle groups without impinging on vertebrae. The heat is at a mild, therapeutic level. I have enjoyed and benefited from using the Snailax massager.”
“This massager is incredible!! I use it to take out the trigger points in my back muscles. You can slide it up or down to get the massage higher towards you neck. It is very intense, so do not stay on it too long or you will be sore the next day. Great price for the quality of the massager.”
