That being said, more pros include the extended battery life and also how user friendly it is!! All of the controls are self explanatory and you rarely have to charge it. It comes with a protective covering in case your on the more sensitive side to heat, or if you're like me you can remove it to get the full extent of the heat massage the support provides, 10/10 would recommend to a friend. “I bought this because the hand held kind just doesn't get everywhere, and I'm not buying the real chair at my apartment… I work at a computer all day, and every since Covid I've been working from home mostly! This product is great for my lower and middle back pain. The heat gets good and hot, as the massager press against the tense spots on the back. I'm 6'3 so I have to adjust it a bit to get it shoulder level, and move around to get the perfect spot, so it's best used on a chair that reclines. There are 2-3 different rotations, and only 2 buttons to operate it. I do however wish it came with a cord for the car port, that would've been clutch. Also, the cord is kinda short so best used on a extension cord.”
