TRAKK Shiatsu Back Massager Pillow Reviews

4.3 Rating 84 Reviews
I think this is great for the price. it's well built, has amazing battery life (i didn't even expect it to be wireless) and feels otherworldly. Seems like they did think everything thorough... expect one thing, the fact that you cannot control if the massagers move up or down OR the rotation direction of the rollers. Seems like these would be incredibly easy controllers to add, but they are absent. you can work around it by letting it do it's automatic up and down motion and clicking “spot” where'd you'd like them placed, but it takes tact.overall, great value product and would (perhaps will) buy again for office and for friends

I had extremely painful backaches but this back massager worked out all tension and tight muscles in my back, neck, and hip areas. I even use it on my legs. Only con is it doesn't get hot enough for me but the warm function still works pretty good.

This back massager is great if you're looking for an intense back rub. This is not a vibrating massager, there are 2 nubs (one on each side) that spin in a circle as they move straight up and down. Run time is 15 minutes at a time (I've ran it for an hour with no issues) battery life is great, will run for at least an hour. If you've gotten a deep tissue massage or had knots massaged out of your back, this is very comparable to one of those massages. I suppose you could not lean back so hard for a softer massage, I need deep tissue so I haven't tried that. My husband and son love it as well! Have not used the heat feature as I take a hot shower when I'm finished to loosen the muscles I just had wrenched on. You will be sore to the touch the next day or 3, depending on the pressure you apply to it. It is on the short side but if you sit on a couple throw pillows, it will reach low into your hip area and if you raise it up (and flip over) it reaches the base of your head. I only recommend dipping it over because of the wedge shape it is, it works easier to have to wide part between the couch and your neck so you're not looking at the ceiling trying to get it to your neck. I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking for an intense massage! (I was going in for a massage every other week, which sometimes was too long, and now I'm down to once a month to once every 6 weeks using this once or twice a week).

I suffer from chronic lower back pain and needed a massager that would really work to knead the knots in my back. I purchased another massager but that was only halfway effective. I saw this one and read the reviews and was sold; I am glad I purchased it. I love that it is cordless and you can use it anywhere once charged. I also love the spot feature which allows the massager to focus on one spot solely. I do wish it would last a little more than 15 mins but it really does the job. I felt better after using it twice. I highly recommend it.

I received this wonderful little massager 1 week ago and I will say it's awesome! It's similar to sitting in one of those massage chairs at a nail salon but it's portable. It doesn't vibrate but I prefer it not to do that anyways. I do have to adjust the height in order for it to get my lower back (tailbone) and yo to my neck, but that's not bad considering the price I paid and the fact that the massage I get is top notch. I used to get massages 1x a month and they used to be deep tissue massages. However, after I broke my tailbone 2 years ago, and had shoulder surgery last year, it's not feasible to get those anymore. So this is the closest thing I can get. I can really feel the heat come through in the massager and the nodes are tough enough to get my knots out and boy do I have some knots. Lol I charged it one time so far and have used it 3x and haven't had to recharge it again so the battery seems good. I know it says not to take it in my car but I can't wait to use this when I drive long distance. 😉 So far, I love this massager. I hope it'll last for a long time.

I have to say that this massage cushion is surprisingly powerful . It administer deep tissue massage and and powerful heat. It's easy in use but I wish it had a remote control. In addition, I with that this cushion have been much longer. It would allow the massage rollers to reach a middle and upper shoulders areas. My primary problem area are my shoulders, so in order to get the massage , I had to move this cushion all way up( higher than designed). For people who wants to get lower back deep tissue massage and heat this Snailax chair back massage cushion is the best.

Definitely works out the kinks. This is for deep tissue massage lovers that get massages often. I definitely didn't expect it to be as good as it is. The heating function is a plus too.It would be almost five stars but I have only had it for two months and it is cutting on for two seconds and stopping.Update: The company has two year warranty and they sent me another one. Now that's what I call great customer service!

Although it isn't all it professed to be in the description when we purchased it, it still feels so good! The battery doesn't last quite as long as it is stated it does, but it lasts long enough for a few 15-minute intervals. It has the kneading massage which feels so much better than the vibrating ones.I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He uses it on his back while playing cards. He, generously, allows my other family members and me to use it as well. A few of us have old back injuries.I find the low back setting is too high for my lowest back injury where I experience much pain and spasms. For my center and upper back, it is wondefully soothing.
