“Wow wow wow!! I was not expecting this to be so amazing. I have been suffering from very sore back muscles lately and haven't been able to find any relief at home. I ordered this and wasn't sure if it would be strong enough, but wow!! It's like the massage chair when you get a pedicure, only better because you can lay in your own bed and use it. I HIGHLY recommend this. Considering buying a second just so I don't have to share it with my husband :)”
“I ordered this one for the very reason several of the other reviews mentioned it was too hard. I wanted it to do a deep massage and IT DOES! I can move around to hit areas I really need and the button that allows me it stop it at a certain area and repeat the massage in that spot is perfect! The only thing I would suggest to the company would be to make the bottom not as thick and the rollers rotate lower to hit the lower back. I just turn it upside down and it seems to reach my lower back better. Other than that I love it!”
“I ordered this with reservation because I've used other back massagers that were more like heating pads or vibratory. This one really rolls out the tight muscle so that a short use relieves the tension and I can forget about stiff aches. I haven't used the heat part often, yet, but look forward to it when colder weather comes.I even used it as a foot massager by leaning it against the couch armrest and resting my feet on it..felt great! The pressure is intense, so it took a little adjustment in positioning to prevent too much pressure....basically I can't lay on it. I may try puttin a blanket between the massager and my back if I want to press against it more. The ‘spot' function is great! As soon as I find a place where the massage feels really great I lick in the ‘spot'!If I were to improve it I may make the contour a bit wider at the base but that may be my body shape! Ha!Both my husband and I have used it multiple times without recharging it, and it keeps on going! Really helpful to be able to move it around the house without an electrical cord.”
“Like many people, I have frequent lower back stiffness and sometimes it is accompanied by pain. A massage temporarily relaxes my my back and relieves the stiffness, but I can't afford the cost (or even the time) to get a massage once a week!I have only had the Shiatsu Back Massager for a week; so I can't comment on its durability. However, I have used it for at least 20 minutes a day while sitting in my office chair. I was pleasantly surprised at how effective it was in relaxing the tight muscles (for about half the cost of a massage). You can direct the repetitive motion and most of massage time is spent on my lower back, but it will run up to your shoulder blades on each side of your spinal column. While it has a "heat" mode, it doesn't get as warm as the red lights make it appear. This isn't important for me, but if you are looking for a heating pad, this isn't the right product.”
“As an FYI it is not the wireless model. Obviously it's not mentioned but I noticed even the reviews have nothing to do with this particular model. It's cheaper than the wireless model but if you are looking for a "portable" back massager this is not it! They have another version that is but yeah they don't exactly make that clear but wanted to throw it out there. Works well for me as I am 5'4" not sure how it would be for taller folks.”
“My wife uses this massager every day. After a year and a half of use, it ripped on the seam and the massager internals were showing. I contacted the company through their website. I sent them an explanation of the damage and a video. Communication was great. In less than a week they had TRAKK send a new one. Very good company and service.”
“I would've given this 5 stars if it had more settings. I love how easy it is to operate and portable however it would be nice to have better options.”
