I tried forcing it to fit, but it was so tight it created MORE pain.Seller was responsive and said he had no solution (like a larger size or an extender).If I held the device in place without wrapping it on I could see how it might work. Unfortunately, it was not very hot and the massage was just vibration.Returned the product and got a refund with no problems.”

“it has a vibration function, a heat function which could be better but I'm glad they didn't make it too hot, and it has a contraction (extrusion) function. Wrap it over the thumb to relieve the median nerve, wrap it around the wrist for support.”

The vibration isn't particularly powerful, and I'm sure whatever pain relief it provides is placebo, but man does it feel great to wear.
