“Product itself was of a good quality but unfortunately it was no match for my neuromuscular disorder. My muscles involuntarily contract I was hoping this would provide a good stretch and comfort as described but had no luck. Because of the way it makes your neck angle it caused my upper body to tense more.For normal folks this product may be great, I hope but just wanted someone else with my similar situation know that it may not work.
