“I liked the product but can only be used on the arch of your back because it only supports weight at the ends, so I am going to return it. Before buying, I looked at reviews from doctors, on similar back arched stretchers, to see if it was worth buying and one mentioned to move the highest point on the part of your back you want to stretch. When using this product, it warmed up well and that part felt good. It worked well on the middle of my back but when I moved it down to stretch my lower back, it buckled. I tried moving it other places than the middle of my back where the obvious arch is but it just kept buckling. It seems like it can only support weight at the ends of the arch and if you put pressure on the middle it won't hold up and it collapses flat. This may be due to the warm part needing to be flexible thus the arch part is too flexible but I'm not sure. Tried it with 180 lb person and 220 lb person but kept buckling. If you want it only for the middle back stretch than I would recommend but if not than I would try another product that is more sturdy.”
