This was extremely simple to put together. The heating pad is a great addition and the cord is long enough to plug in and still have a comfortable space to lay. I have only used the first setting as there is four different adjustment. But I have loved the way I feel after I laid on it all stretched out and my posture is starting to gets better I use it daily although they say you can use it two to three times a day this is part of my new daily routine

This product has no benefit, it does not relax the neck and does not work as a massage

This neck stretcher is a bit difficult to put together. You have to really bend the top piece in order to get it in place. I can only get it to bend enough to get it into the first or second slots.Once it is together it is great. The nodes hit exactly where I need them to on my neck, and the curve at the top really allows me stretch out my neck. The heating pad is a nice touch, but I don't really think I'll be using it that much.

I never write reviews but I had to step up and write one for this. I suffered a severe cervical neck injury while deployed to Iraq that ultimately ended my military career after 10 years. I suffer from a crushed disk, multiple other compressed disk, pinched nerves and nerve damage in my spinal cord. I've used every neck cervical traction given to me from the VA to the civilian world possible and the relief has been Minimal to none. I suffer from chronic neck, upper back and shoulders pain, debilitating headaches/migraine on a daily basis, distorted vision at times and see a chiropractor at least 2-3 times a week on a good week. I've been on every kinds of meds to steroid injections and Botox injections all over my head and neck trying to relieve just some of my pain.I decided to give this a try for the heck of it and figured why not. I've got nothing to lose besides $35 bucks. And this was HONESTLY the best $35 bucks I've ever spent for my neck. I used it for the first time yesterday ironically with a headache and once I finished my headache was gone and the tension and tightness and inflammation in my neck and shoulders was a lot less. I could definitely feel the difference along with less pain with some movements. I couldn't believe it. Decided to do it again before going to bed and I felt even better afterwards. If you'll be using something like this for the first time it may feel uncomfortable and take some time to get used and may have to get used to being comfortable being uncomfortable but if ur someone like myself who's used so many different forms of neck traction devices seeking any cervical neck pain relief this shouldn't bother you but to each their own but for me this was the most comfortable one I've used. I started on the lowest gear and will increase the gear setting each week up to the highest as my neck gets used to it.Some reviews complained about not receiving instructions but its literally 3 pieces. I received instructions and didn't use them. U can look at the pieces and know what goes where.Good luck to you all.

Excellent back stretcher! It's very relaxing to use. I use it laying on my bed, it work good that way but is better suited for a firmer surface. The heat seems to help. It's small enough to store away until needed.
