First, there is no instructions. It is the most uncomfortable thing for someone with neck issues. Very cheaply made.

No directions to assemble. Neither way I put it together worked, collapsed as soon as I lay back on it. Does NOT work if you have a short neck, fat neck, pronounced 'student's knob'.The little bumps you lay back on are very uncomfortable, any time you shift it pulls at your clothing.Complete Pass on this.Going back to Yoga Relaxation poses with rolled up towels for support.

Molded plastic, and electric heat pad. Thats it. But works well enough, just I expected more from acupuncture texture, so what you see is what you get.

Can this thing be anymore uncomfortable?? It's soooo hard and uncomfortable it's counterproductive. Every time I try to use it it just makes me nauseous and it makes things feel worse. This one is a big NO for me.

I had one and had to order another! I love that I can use this specifically for my neck, and the heating portion?? Amazing, easy to put together and really stretches and relaxes the neck muscles. It gets the perfect temperature and has three heat settings: Low, medium, and high.
